9/17/22 - KB Front Squats, Chins, KB Press

Got some garage/outdoor training in on a beautiful Saturday morning.

  • Basically did an untimed circuit of:

    • Double KB Front Squats - sets of 6 - 16s, 20s, 24s, 28s, 32s

    • Chins - BW x sets of 5

    • One-Arm KB Press - sets of 6 - 12, 16, 20, 24, 28, 32, 18 x 10 reps burnout set

  • Iron Neck

The chins felt super strong but everything else felt like I couldn’t get in the groove. That’ll happen after a week off sometimes.
