9/18/22 - Step-Ups, KB Snatches, Lat Pulldowns

Did some random training today. My right hip felt like absolute dogshit.

  • 18” step-ups - 10 kg weight vest x 3 x 10 reps/leg

  • KB Snatches with 24 kg - 2 rounds of:

    • 3/3

    • 7/7

    • 5/5

    • Rest 3 min

  • Lat Pulldowns - a bunch of sets of 12 - these felt great
