9/25/22 - DB Bench and KB Swings

Was grateful to get a bit of training in this Sunday morning.

  • Dumbbell Bench - worked up to 60s x 3 x 10

  • Two-Handed KB Swings - 32 kg x a bunch of sets x 10 reps

  • Barbell Rows - sets of 12 - 95, 115, 135 - I started with some one-arm KB rows but I tweaked my lower back

Not the most mind-blowing workout but at least I could move a bit.
